Production Bookings

What’s included with a booking?

Production bookings include access to the space reserved. Please see each space's listing for included items and amenities.

Do I need to bring my own lighting and camera gear?

Your booking includes the reserved space and the items listed on that space’s listing page, so we recommend taking a quick look there for what’s included. Most guests bring their own lighting and gear, but if you’re interested in rentals, just let us know what you’re looking for and we’re happy to provide a quote as an add-on.

Can I combine multiple spaces for a shoot?

Yes! You can book multiple studio areas together. Either reserve each space individually or email us to build a custom package.

What restroom(s) do I get access to during my booking?

There are two restrooms available on-site:

1. One is located inside the Lounge
2. One is located inside the Podcast/Meeting Room


Access depends on your booking:

  • Indoor space only → Access to the Lounge restroom only
  • Outdoor space only → Access to the podcast/meeting room restroom only
  • Indoor + podcast/meeting room → Access to both restrooms
  • Full Studio (Indoor + outdoor spaces) → Access to both restrooms

Can I tour the studio before booking?

We are happy to offer a 20-minute walk-through of the studio space for production bookings.

You can also view photos and a studio map on our website to get a clear idea of the layout before reserving.

Can I bring food, props, or pets?

Props: Yes, props are welcome as long as they do not damage the space.


Food & Drinks: Allowed, but must be kept off the cyc wall and all furniture.

Pets: Not permitted unless approved in writing in advance.

What’s the cancellation policy for shoots?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on production studio rentals, ticketed events, or other purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy. Please reach out with any questions or concerns about this policy at hello@ouuilovestudios.com

Are there rules about cleaning and resetting the space?

Yes. Return all moved items to their original place, take all trash and personal belongings with you, and clean up spills right away. Glitter, feathers, and other small particles are not allowed and will incur additional cleaning fees.

Can I go over my booking time?

If you need additional time, please let our team know as soon as possible. Additional time is subject to billing in accordance with our studio policies. For full details, please review our liability policy.

Event Bookings

From private parties to brand activations, here’s what to know before booking your next event

What’s included with an event booking?

You’ll receive access to your reserved space, WiFi, restroom(s), Sonos speaker, and basic studio amenities. Setup and breakdown must be included within your reserved hours. A non-refundable cleaning fee is required for all events. Any additional items (furniture, lighting, props) must be booked as add-ons.

What areas do I get access to with my event booking?

Each space has its own inclusions, which are listed on the product listing page. Below is a general overview:

Indoor Only
Access to the indoor space, kitchenette, vanities, lounge restroom

Indoor + Podcast / Meeting Room
Access to the indoor studio, kitchenette, vanities, lounge restroom, plus the podcast/meeting room and its restroom

Full Studio (Indoor + Outdoor)
Access to all indoor and outdoor studio spaces and restrooms
Cyc wall is booked separately

Outdoor Only
Access to the outdoor area and restroom access via the podcast/meeting room

Can I tour the space before booking?

Yes! We offer one complimentary walk-through. If you wish to film or create content during your visit, you’ll need to book the space. A studio map is also available to help visualize the layout before your rental.

What’s your cancellation policy for events?

If needed, you may cancel 14+ days before the event: All payments are non-refundable, but we’ll try to accommodate a reschedule.

All payments are final once made

Can I bring vendors or alcohol?

We’re happy to chat through vendor options and alcohol guidelines based on your booking. Please reach out to us at hello@ouuilovestudios.com and we’ll walk you through what’s possible.

What happens if I go over my time or leave trash behind?

If you need additional time, please let our team know as soon as possible. Any additional time is subject to billing in accordance with our liability policy. All trash must be taken with you, and the studio space must be reset before departure.

What’s the indoor guest and vendor capacity?

Guest and vendor capacity varies by space. Please refer to our liability policy for detailed capacity information, or email us at hello@ouuilovestudios.com with any questions.

Do you offer setup or staffing support?

Setup and breakdown must be handled by the renter within their reserved time. There will be an on-site coordinator for general questions. This does not include event planning. If additional support is needed, it must be booked in advance as an add-on.

What are prohibited items and activities?

To help us maintain the space, the following items and activities are not permitted:

  • No glitter, confetti, sand, smoke machines, staining materials, or loose debris
  • No decals, adhesive vinyl, stickers, tape, or adhesives on any walls, floors, furniture, or surfaces
  • No food or drinks on furniture or the cyc wall
  • Coasters must be used on granite and wood surfaces
  • No shoes on the cyc wall. For talent and crew using the cyc wall, please wear booties or have shoe soles fully taped.
  • No stepping on, standing on, or dragging equipment across the cyc wall or its curve
  • No standing on furniture, including couches
  • No pets without prior authorization
  • No persons under 18 years of age without prior authorization. Talent under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
  • No burning of candles or open flames
  • No access to drawers or cabinets
  • Balloon use is permitted, however: Balloons may not be popped inside the studio/ All balloons must be fully cleaned up and taken with you at the end of your booking.
  • Furniture movement is limited. Only stools, chairs, and small items such as books, columns, and vases may be moved. The lounge couch must remain in its original position
